Thank you for registering your interest in our Holiday Club.

You can register your intention to attend and download the Holiday Club registration form by clicking the button below.

The form will be displayed as a single page showing two copies of the form side by side.
To print the page please make sure your printer is set for printing LANDSCAPE on A4 paper.

You can register up to three children (same family only) on a single form, the second form is provided for larger families.

Please separate the two forms before bringing them to the first day ( we have provided a separation line between the forms to assist with cutting ).

Please bring only those forms you have used for registration together with the appropriate payment (£5 per child or £10 for 2 or more children from the same family).

Please print as many copies of the form as you need.

PLEASE NOTE: Completed registration forms plus appropriate payment must be brought to the first day of the Holiday Club.
